No Long Wait Times
We're so good at grooming that we've shortened our wait times. When you leave your pet with us, we will provide you with a specific return time. As long as your pet doesn't have special grooming needs, our grooming service typically only a few hours.
People sometimes associate fast service with decreased quality. Since we've mastered the art of grooming, your furry friend will be perfectly groomed quickly so they can spend as little time away from you as possible.
When Your Dog May Need Grooming
Your dog may benefit from grooming if you notice:
- Dirty, oily, or dandruff-filled coat
- Strong odor
- Dirty or irritated ears
- Discharge around the eyes
- Dirty or tangled fur

We do not dye dogs.
Final grooming prices may vary based on breed, size, coat condition, matting, hair length, temperament, and the service requested.
Cancellation and No-Call / No-Show Policies
Please respect your grooming appointment time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require your appointment to be rescheduled.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment so we can offer that time to another pet.
No-Call/No Show
Missing your appointment, arriving too late, or failing to cancel within a reasonable amount of time may result in a $25 fee added to your next grooming bill.
After three no-call/no-show appointments, you may be required to prepay for future grooming appointments or may no longer be able to book grooming services with us.
We understand life happens, but our time for your pet and others is important. Thank you for respecting our schedule.
